Customer abandoning their cart is a regular occurrence, and even though not ideal, it's a great opportunity to re-engage interested parties and get them to complete a purchase. The Shopping Cart element allows you to simplify this process and add abandoned products from your Shopify, with details and pricing, into your email.
Using The Shopping Cart Element.
To start, navigate to the email builder and drag the Shopping Cart element into place
Editing The Shopping Cart Element
Use the handy pencil button to customize the element; clicking it will give you several customization options.
You can find the customization options to your left. Use this menu to add visual appeal and make your emails more engaging. The options will be:
Padding: To control the spacing between the Shopping Cart and other elements.
Font: This allows you to modify the font type and size.
Text Color: To modify the colors of the product description and title.
Background Color: To modify the background color of the Shopping Cart.
When you use templates containing this element, the products will auto-populate from their abandoned shopify cart. With a single click, your customers will be taken straight to a page where they can complete their purchase seamlessly. Take advantage of this resource and watch your business soar!
